Solihull College and University Centre students are amongst the most satisfied in the country according to this year’s National Student Survey (NSS).
Nationally, satisfaction at English Further Education colleges was measured at 79% for Higher Education courses, but for the sixth successive year Solihull College & University Centre exceeded the national average, with 84% of those who responded to the questionnaire stating that they were happy with the quality of the course.
Over half of Solihull College & University Centre’s Higher Education (HE) courses returned an overall satisfaction agreement of at least 90%. Business Foundation degree students were particularly impressed, scoring at least 95% in each of the 6 categories within the survey.
The College’s headline results are the highest of all comparable Midlands colleges and highlight the continued success of a mutually beneficial approach to higher education. Lecturers, tutors and management work in partnership with students to provide a nationally-renown supportive environment.
A Foundation Degree student who is studying Health & Social Care at the College commented:
