Solihull College & University Centre will be hosting open evenings at both their Blossomfield and Woodlands Campuses in April.
With many students beginning to prepare for their final GCSE exams and now having to stay in education until the age of 18, thoughts will have been given to what their next steps should be to help move towards their future careers.
On Tuesday 19th April at the Blossomfield Campus, Solihull and Wednesday 20th April at the Woodlands Campus, Smithswood Solihull College & University Centre will be showcasing their ‘Try It!’ open events. The evenings, running from 6pm-8pm, will allow students to try their hand at a number of subject areas from engineering to graphic design to public services amongst many others.
Lecturers across the areas will be running sessions for students to try and also will be available to answer any questions students may have to help them determine which course would be best for them for the field in which they are interested in.
With a range of options for school leavers from BTECs to Apprenticeships, Solihull College & University Centre will provide students with all the necessary information to make an informed decision about their future.
