Virgin Trains is on the look-out for young, unemployed people to join their new Traineeship scheme being run in partnership with Solihull College. Youngsters between the ages of 18 and 24 are being invited to apply for places on the course, which starts in October.
The 13 week course will combine classroom training with real life experience of the front line, working as a key member of Virgin Trains widely regarded customer service team in the West Midlands.
Successful candidates will achieve a Level 1 certificate in Customer Service, a Level 2 certificate in Employability Skills and Functional Skills in English and Maths in addition to a reference and the opportunity to be fast-tracked into Virgin Trains Talent Pool from which the company selects future employees.

Thursday 21 August: 10am – 2pm
Wednesday 27 August: 2pm – 4pm
Tuesday 2 September: 10am – 12pm
