Solihull College will be appearing at the Solihull Apprenticeship Show on Thursday 9th July at the NEC, Birmingham to give people a chance to learn more about the opportunities that apprenticeships can offer.
Solihull College has a wide range of Apprenticeships available including accounting, engineering and retail. Apprenticeships enable individuals to learn the skills and gain the qualifications of a chosen profession and receive an income at the same time; they are also a great way to open doors to many different career prospects.
The College has already had many great successes with its apprenticeship programmes with a number of apprentices now working for leading event, contract and retail caterer Amadeus.
The Apprenticeship Show gives people the chance to find out more about apprenticeships, speak with employers about opportunities that are on offer and understand the benefits of apprenticeships. Throughout the day there will be a number of hands-on experiences for visitors to take part in as well as question and answer sessions from employers and apprentices. Employers who have confirmed their attendance include Jaguar Land Rover, John Lewis, BT, and Premier Inn amongst others.
The event will be taking place at The Gallery, National Exhibition Centre on Thursday 9th July from 1:30pm – 7:00pm. To view the current apprenticeship vacancies at Solihull College click here.
