Solihull College & University Centre has been shortlisted in the ‘Further Education College’ category at the ‘Whatuni Student Choice Awards’ for the second year in a row.
The WUSCAs are an annual celebration of the best universities in the UK as voted for by the people that really matter, the students themselves. They offer prospective students an unbiased, student-led alternative to traditional university and FE college ranking systems.
The shortlisting is based on the reviews collected from university level students who provided feedback on a range of categories including overall student experience, courses and lecturers, student support and job prospects. The College has been rated highly by across the board and as a result have been shortlisted for the award. The ceremony will take place in London on 25th April.
Sue McGregor, Dean of Higher Education and Curriculum Innovation stated ‘We are proud to be shortlisted once again. It is brilliant to see student satisfaction levels seem to be remaining at a consistent high. Student satisfaction is central to everything we are working towards’.
The College offers a variety of university level courses, including many in collaboration with leading universities. Courses are offered full and part time allowing students to study around work and family life.
