Sessions contain a combination of individual and group work, including discussions, case studies, presentations, debates, research, workshops and tutorials.

The course will be assessed via assignments, one for each unit of study.

What are the entry requirements?

Whilst there are no formal entry requirements you will need to be able to meet the assessment demands, through written assignments (one per unit) and have a background that will enable you to benefit from the programme. If you do not have evidence of GCSE or equivalent in English you may be asked to undertake a written assessment.

What else do I need to know?

This is a more extensive qualification aimed at practising or aspiring managers who will manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes in roles such as first line manager, department manager and shift manager.
