Where will this course lead?

The expertise of being able to know how to create decorated cupcakes. This may hopefully create a greater interest to want to learn more on other cake decorating courses.

What will I study?

The student will lean different aspects to working with sugar-paste, buttercream, modelling and working with cutters.

How will this course be delivered?

This will be a one 2-hour class.

What qualifications will I get?

None - however this course would provide a good understanding and experience to want to learn more on other workshop projects.

How will I be assessed?

It would be ongoing assessment by tutor and yourself.

What are the entry requirements?

You must be 19 years or older.

What else do I need to know?

Materials and tools will be provided. Students would be expected to provide an apron, soap and towel .

What can I do after this course?

You should be competent to create Christmas cupcakes and may wish to explore other cake decorating workshops.
