You will complete an animated video.

What will I study?

Have you ever watched Morph or Wallace and Gromit and thought 'I'd like to do that?' Design and make the stars of your stop motion animation using our clay stocks. Animate them using your phone so you can keep them as a memento. You will learn the basics of stop motion animations using clay.

How will this course be delivered?

A 3-day workshop delivered by an experienced art teacher.

What are the entry requirements?

You must be 19 years or older - this is a family learning workshop.

What else do I need to know?

Your child must be 8 years or older to join you on this course.

There is only 1 child space per adult. You cannot bring more than 1 child with you.

What can I do after this course?

We can offer family learning at your child's school - if you enjoy the session, please ask your school to contact debbie.mcleod@solihull.ac.uk. We offer 10 week courses where you can learn how to help your child with their English and maths, learn about grammar, or even complete a English and maths course yourself.

We also offer art for well-being and art for leisure courses for adults
