It could lead onto other creative writing or writing for well being courses, as well as other painting and art classes. 

What will I study?

This workshop is for adults of 19+ years who are creative and want to expand their understanding of writing and illustration. The topic is based around fairy tales, fables, or their favourite poem. This is a workshop where they can produce a finished piece of work, choosing how to work whether producing a painting first or text and or vice versa.

It is an introduction and opportunity for adults to be surrounded by like-minded people who share a love of the arts. Learning new skills or expanding their current knowledge in a creative atmosphere, and for the benefit of their well-being.

How will this course be delivered?

Story telling and illustration; or illustration and produce a short story, which ever you prefer. Using a fairy tale, fable or favourite poem as inspiration.

You will be able to swap between illustration and creative writing during the day.
