Where will this course lead?

This course will equip you with essential digital skills needed for a wide range of work roles where digital literacy is required. It will enhance your ability to communicate professionally, protect data, and use digital resources effectively - helping you progress in your career or further education.

What will I study?

You will cover key areas of digital literacy, including:

  • Protecting devices and data
  • Communicating socially and professionally using technology
  • Applying digital skills in personal and business situations
  • Using digital resources to support career progression

How will this course be delivered?

This is a 10-week, in-person programme delivered through practical lessons, with hands-on exercises and real-world examples. At the end of the programme, you will compile a portfolio of evidence and skills learnt during the course.

What qualifications will I get?

You'll achieve NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Digital Skills for Work.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment will take place through in-class practical tasks designed to demonstrate your ability.
