What will I study?

How to use your mind and find the joy of inner peace, quietness, calmness and focus.

How to use journalling as a means of self-expression whether that is through writing, drawing, colouring or art.

We will explore and experience meditations, relaxation and creativity that give you a toolbox to support you when you feel overwhelmed with life, emotions, people, work - a range of situations. As this will be a nurturing and safe environment you are free to share knowing that openness brings connection to others. And others may just need to hear what you have to say that would help them too.

Connection to our Chakra systems (energy centres) to restore balance and harmony within our body.

To build confidence and self-esteem, inner calm and healthy practices for your mind, body and spirit as you put these into your everyday life.
