A two-hour class each week for 4 weeks 

This course is delivered at Blossomfield and at Woodlands campuses.

What qualifications will I get?

This is a personal development course. 

How will I be assessed?

This course is for personal development and is informally assessed by the tutor with self-assessment and evaluation by the student.

What are the entry requirements?

Students should be age 19+ 

If you have learning difficulty or a disability please let us know when you apply. 

What else do I need to know?

As we will be doing guided meditations you will be going into a relaxed state so please wear clothes that are loose and comfy. Please bring along a blanket and a pen and notebook/journal.

This course will run subject to a minimum class size.

What can I do after this course?

We also offer a range of craft courses for adults, as well as Wider Family Learning courses designed for adults and children to learn together.
