What will I study?

Week one; Reviewing of emotions - and accessing our life, What brings you joy, What worries can you detach from and How to cultivate love within
Week two; Rituals within your daily life. Positive habits to establish. Gratitude list, exercise, nourishment, positive relationships, boundaries, connection to community and good people, Meditation, fulfilment.
Week three; Long mediation & Talking Therapy
Week 4 & 5; Set the scene lights and candles play relaxing music make your vision board, as sacred event for you and your future self
Week 6; Shared Food, Love, coming together to go forward
 

How will this course be delivered?

2 hour workshop at Blossomfield campus or Backstage calm. Please check which location your course is running at. The address for Back stage calm is:

What qualifications will I get?

This is a health and well being course, desinged to improve your well being. There is no formal qualification. 

How will I be assessed?

Ongoing tutor assessment throughout the course.
