Where will this course lead?

This qualification will qualify you to gain employment as an advanced senior beauty therapist, as the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Provides a sound platform for further higher education within the aesthetic and beauty industry.

Laser and Light treatments for hair removal

Laser and light treatments for skin rejuvenation

Chemistry of hair and beauty products

Management of health, safety and security in the salon

Physiology of ageing

Quality management of client care in the hair and beauty sector

How will this course be delivered?

The course will run over an academic year. Delivery will be in our commercial salons and within a classroom.

What qualifications will I get?

VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Beauty Therapy

How will I be assessed?

Through observation and written exams.

How do I get a place on the course?

Apply online and you will be invited in for an interview.

What are the entry requirements?

GCSE English at a grade 4 or above

GCSE Maths at a Grade 4 or above

A full Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification

What else do I need to know?

During salon time you will be expected to be in professional salon uniform.

*Free if starting at the age of 18. If age 19+ a fee of £5,421 will apply.

What can I do after this course?

Level 4 qualifications in micro needling, plasma pen, micro pigmentation, derma planning, skin peeling.

Level 5 qualifications in advanced blemish removal, tattoo removal, micro needling and more.
