Designed to meet the requirements of even the most discerning events organiser, the Solihull College & University Centre Conference Centre boasts specialist training and conference facilities.
Each of our larger meeting rooms are fully equipped with a range of audiovisual equipment including a SMARTboard interactive whiteboard with integrated digital projector, wireless internet access and flip chart.
The Conference Centre offers extensive complimentary parking and the leafy surroundings make this venue the perfect choice. Ideally situated in the heart of the West Midlands, Solihull is a picturesque town surrounded by acres of park and woodland and located just 20 minutes from Birmingham city centre.
The conference venue features a great mix of purpose-built rooms, the largest with a capacity of up to 170 theatre style, with medium sized rooms available for syndicate and breakout rooms.

The menus offer a variety of hot and cold buffet options, sandwiches and light refreshments, including a range of vegetarian dishes. Depending on your requirements, you may opt to work alongside our chefs to create the ideal menu for your event, which our Conference Team can provide a quote for.

Day Delegate Rate
The day delegate rate includes:
- Guest registration and dedicated event manager.
- Unlimited high speed wireless internet access.
- Ceiling mounted remote controlled LCD data projector with audio system.
- A whiteboard and flipchart stand with unlimited supply of paper and pens.
- Buffet lunch and Refreshments.
- Half day delegates available on request.

Solihull College has an extensive range of sports facilities available for use by various organisations in the West Midlands. Near the centre of Solihull, and close to both Birmingham and Warwickshire, Solihull College’s sports venue is easily accessible by road or rail.
Our Sports Centre is always fully staffed to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable, welcoming and unique. Included within the hire of our facilities are spacious changing rooms, equipped with showers and lockers.

A range of catering options to suit all budgets can be provided upon request. Bespoke packages are also available.
The studio is available for aerobics, pilates, yoga, step, spinning and many other group exercise activities. The studio is equipped with:
- a quality sound system;
- air conditioning;
- and a sprung wooden floor;
and can accommodate up to 20 participants (depending on activity).
Group exercise instructors can be hired to lead classes or workouts.
Our classrooms, based on the first floor of the Sports Centre is light and spacious and suitable for meetings, training events and seminars. The room is equipped with an interactive Smart board. Additional resources are available upon request.
The Sports Hall is available for a wide range of sports activities including:
- 5-a-side football
- badminton
- netball
- basketball
- cricket
- volleyball
- indoor athletics.
The courts are available to hire on a casual/adhoc* basis. We also welcome seasonal and block bookings.
